We’re selling a marketing service to launch giveaways for brands, is it okay to say our service may be tax-deductible when pitching the service?
Seems like a fairly legitimate statement. You are not saying “it is” deductible and use of the words “may be” is a reasonable qualifier. I can’t see how it would be construed as misleading and do not know of any tax law that prohibits such a statement. Perhaps consider some fine print disclaimer – consult tax adviser etc.
