hi everybody, almost ready to put the online business stuff into motion, but i need things to be clarified up first

i have a fitness product i can buy for $40 in single items, i plan to base my whole business around it, but if people aren’t careful they could hurt them selves pretty easily.
i have an ABN ( sole trader)
registered business name
i have the product

what do i need now? i’m on my own, and have no idea what i need to stay out of trouble. i have no other money to spend on this at the moment, i’m a student, just turned 18. what are the chances i have some sort of legal trouble and how do i prevent this?

I would probably wait until you have some more money.

You will also need insurance and a way to market your product. Like I said initially, save some more money and do things correctly.
