Looking for Commercial Space

Hello fellow FSs.

Our lease is up for renewal and there is a chance we may need to consider relocating. We are currently looking at an affordable commercial space with natural light (shopfront, studio, etc) for running sewing classes within the Eastern Suburbs.

We need a minimum of about 50sqm, and access to toilet facilities. Ideally, premises which are mixed use and have a flat at the back/upstairs for living with a small family would be great. Does anyone have such a space for lease or know of something suitable?

Thanks in advance for any pointers. I have checked gumtree and the big real estate websites but was hoping that someone may know of something that would suit this description.
