    Hi all, I’m looking for some software advice for a yoga retreat business that will act like a CRM as well as manage the events. They have around 12 events at different locations so want to link client details with one or numerous events and ideally also be able to do P&L for each event. Thanks in advance for your advice.

    Hello IT Guaranteed. As a soloist it is of course modest. Thinking annual subscription of $350-$400/year would be doable.

    With your budget I think you will very lucky to get an all in one.

    Maybe the best you can hope for is import / export functions.

    For event management have a look at:

    • ConfTool
    • Event Espresso for WordPress
    • OpenConferenceWare

    These might have some crossover into P&Ls.

    Just cut & paste into google for the links.

    Thanks for the advice. I’ll have a look. In meantime I have found Mindbody.com MAY cover events and CRM.

    Take a look at Bitrix24 and EMS software, both offers integrated CRM and event management in single platform.
