Okay, so I think my stance on small businesses looking for commission only salespeople is pretty well known …
The Sales Warlord and I have been having a conversation about the whole thing (I’m of the opinion that if people are constantly asking for something, you need to look at it!) – and we were wondering if people would see any value in a day-long seminar (Sydney or Melbourne – or maybe both) that takes people through the process of how to systemise their sales process (scripting, processes, etc), then test it and where to find commission only sales people and how to sell them on the opportunity.
This would be a seriously intensive workshop (normally takes us a few weeks to teach people this in a 1:1 scenario) – and we’d be looking at no more than 20-30 people in a room … Price point would probably be around $495.
