Hi Kim,

I came across a few usability issues with your website:
– The contact page displays an empty page, but when viewed by non SSL the form is displayed

– When i tried to search a lawyer I got a lightbox popup with nothing in it. Not sure if that means there are no lawyers in my area or not. Seemed to happen on most of the categories
– When I browse to the FAQs it redirects to zendesk and there is no link to get back to your website. You end up being stuck on there.
– The following urls all should redirect to HTTPS

On Craig’s point, your theme is also loading your font files over HTTP instead of HTTPS which will cause you to always have issues with browsers reporting mixed-mode SSL.

Until you get those SSL content issues sorted out I’d recommend just giving people the standard http link instead of https.

Hi Kim,

It didn’t do it again for me today, I suspect the lightbox was the form asking you for your postcode but there were no elements in the lightbox.

Site still seems a little flakey. The find information page threw an error (JSON error) which I had to ignore to prevent further popup dialogs, and the find lawyers page on certain conditions gets into a loop and never loads (the cursor is spinning and the filter area is disabled). Have a look at your error logs to see what is going on.

Hi Kim … on the homepage your social media links are relative to your home page so they all 404 … you need to specify an absolute address for each.

Site looks good though … I would be interested in adding lawcorner to our list of supported services at myPresences (https://www.mypresences.com) and listing you in our online services directory at https://www.mypresences.com/services/.
If you filter on LawyerLawFirm and Australia you will see the services we currently support for lawyers.

This means that any lawyers using our site will be made aware of lawcorner and we help them get listed on your site and create a presence there.

Let me know if you are interested and can get you listed.
