I run a business in Brisbane as a Sole Trader, no employees yet. Wanting to set up a worker in another area(Sunshine Coast).
It seems like running it on a percentage per job or hourly rate would be overly complicated. So I’m wanting to know if I can set something up so the person who’s working for me just has to pay a set amount of money each week. So they’ll be paid from their jobs into their own accounts, they’ll handle all customers in their area. And I’ll just be supplying them the work and the business(reputation, insurance, etc)
So what would be the legal requirements and such to make this work?
