    When: Monday 5/3/12 in late afternoon
    Where: Manly NSW

    I am one of a number of insurance franchise owners who are meeting soon.
    The owners have asked our committee to find and present some expert opinion on possible company/business structures and the relative merits for each. Sole trader vs partner vs company vs trust etc with an eye to towards legal and asset protections. Ideally the information would be tailored toward our franchise situation.

    Looking for an hour long presentation slot in the arvo with ppt &/or handout. The audience will be around 30 and is mostly experienced, long-term biz owners from all over the state. We are expecting to pay for a quality presentation & there is a chance of follow-up consultation with individual franchisees I guess
