    Hello all,

    I’m very new here.
About me: my name is Justine I currently work a 9 to 5 I have never owned a business but the thought is appealing, maybe one day. I like a challenge. I’m here to learn, take in as much information as possible about business and ask many questions, some of you may even get sick of me. :)

    Hi Justine,

    Welcome to the forums.

9 to 5 huh, could never do that, always got fired, I have trouble taking orders. Good luck to you and hope you gather all the information you need to get out of that 9 to 5 hell.

    Hi Justine,

Welcome to the forum, good to see you here and ask any questions you have, it’s the best way to learn (from other people’s experiences).

We won’t get sick of you :)

Your first step is to identify what you want to do and then use this time NOW, while you have employment to research if there’s a market for your services or products.

Many people make the mistake of leaving their jobs and then starting their research, you need to do it now and take your time, and it will either give you clarity on your business idea and the confidence to make the move, or it will tell you to change directions.

    Food for thought :)
    Cheers

    Hi Justine,

Have you considered doing a small business management course?

    Cheers

As long as you have an income, you have as much time as you need to get things going.

You might find inspiration in our articles, webinars, podcasts or in some of the reading our members recommend.
