    Hi

My name is Matthew…..managing director Ezy Capital.

Ive been in the finance industry for the past 10 years and have operated a finance broking, private lending company and recently the company has moved into the new social web 2.0 peer to peer or person to person online lending market.

We have the first Australian peer to peer lending site for first and second mortgage lending markets…..ie: we dont allow unsecured loans.

What is peer to peer lending? (I get asked a lot)

In a nut shell, it allows everyday money borrowers the opportunity to put up their loan request online and lenders (everyday people) view and bid portions of your loan until its fully funded. This is achieved by using our recently developed reverse auction technology.

It removes the banks entirley and allows a borrower to tell their story online to an audience of lenders rather than just apply through a bank and get knocked back for some reason.

Good for the self employed that may not fit the normal banks lending criteria.

Any questions feel free to ask.

Thanks for the explanation of ‘peer to peer lending’, wouldn’t have had a clue.

Look forward to sharing ideas and your views.

    Cheers
