Hi guys, can anyone point me in the direction of images I can use on my website without getting into trouble?
I looked into using Google images with creative commons license but I don’t understand it.
Help!

Purchase them from a reputable stock photography site such as iStock.com. They have multiple license options from memory too to suit your usage needs.

Otherwise use someone like iStock as they cost pennies. The cost is of course tax deductible. Good quality images make a massive difference.

For good quality images at only $3 or $4 per image, why would you bother searching for freebies, which are probably not licensed for your website use anyway?
For $20 or $30 you can have a complete set of images for your website.

May 7, 2009 at 1:22 pm #1007720Up::0Thanks all, I did a bit of searching afterwards and found Zern’s article which lead me to FREE images of very good quality.

I am a great believer in looking for FREE at every opportunity (not just because I’m Scottish) but that it is just amazing how much free stuff is available online these days (and just by having a brass neck).
If I hadn’t looked (or asked the question) I’d have wasted money – and who can afford to do that in the current financial climate?
May 8, 2009 at 12:20 am #1007721Up::0does seem to have some decent images. Quality is what really matters so if yo get them free then all the better.
