    Hi all
    I am a newbie to flying solo
    I am keen to start a plumbing business in South East Queensland.

    Looking for any tips from members would be greatly appreciated.
    Or if any other like minded members would be interested in partnership.

    I have a contractors license Plumbing/Drainage/Gas and a wealth of experience.
    All levels of experiences welcome plumber, drainer, civil, hydraulic consultant or maybe your just good in the office . Lets chat

    Another way to go and one I would recommend you give serious consideration to is to find a marketing person – somebody that can bring the jobs in to the business whilst you are out in the field executing.

    Yes i agree that would be the way to go on a solo maintenance direction
    Im aiming to tender for commercial construction projects
    Im thinking of a different approach …

    Hi Booshay, are you looking for maintenance or new commercial work? Both have very different target markets.

    My number one tip would be to think about the type of business structure you will set up. This will be dependent on a lot of factors. When you have decided that get your accounting software set up correctly from the start to save you time and money in the long run. Good luck with it all.
