    Hey guys,

Running a company and regulation has made a diploma qualification as minimum requirements for the industry. Can I pay for this course out of the company bank account, or does this have to come out of my personal expenses and then claimed as a tax deduction?

    Thanks in advance!

If the qualification is required by the business to operate, then it can be paid by the business as an allowable tax deduction. The business can also pay for any staff to attain the qualification too, if that diploma is necessary for them to be able to carry out their duties at work.

    Wendy :)
