    Hey guys :)

I’m researching a great pos system software for my new boutique that I’m opening soon. I want one that has everything on it such as: stock control, selling, figures such as daily profit, average $ etc

Something similar to the Cotton On, Jay Jays, Bras n Things pos system. Does anyone know what kind they use or something really similar

Yeah, Vend is pretty popular as Matthew says.
I’ve also heard good things about http://www.lightspeedpos.com/
    – Run everything off an iPad.

There’s also POS add-on’s for many of the eCommerce platforms if you’re looking to sell online and POS.
Spree is a really scalable option for when you dominate the world.

You can connect most eCommerce systems to Vend / Lightroom anyway too.

Whatever you get – make sure it’s online or at least stores your information online.

Too much information. Let me know if you want more!!

    H Miss Dani,

Yep another vote for Vend (http://www.vendhq.com) – does what you have outlined below for instore sales, plus – given the example stores you mention – it handles colour / size variants. It’ll sync with e-commerce if you also sell online. Auto bank end sync into Xero for accounting.

Good luck with the new business,

    Cheers, Rhys

    Hi there,

We have recently worked with Vectron POS in integrating a couple of pubs that a client recently purchased. They have been professional, reliable, cost effective and technically capable.
