    Hi,

    I have set up a company to run retail and wholesale businesses for groceries using two different business trading names (means to operate as two separate businesses with a separate bank account, payroll).
    My question is- Is this advisable to run both under one company or not? Will, there be any problems with regards to insurances, WorkSafe? What happens when selling? Please show some light on problems I might face, if I run both businesses together or separately. Thanks

    You have identified a couple of the issues that can arise if you use the same entity.

    There are other options but because it is advisable to receive advice tailored to your situation, you are better off seeing an Accountant.
