    Hi Everyone,

I’m interested to hear from anyone that runs a business with salespeople that sells products/services either over the phone or face to face. Your business can be in any industry.

If you were to invest money into a program for your staff would you prefer to invest it into Sales Training or Sales Consulting?

Sales Training is more generic and probably cheaper.

Sales Consulting is more tailored and probably more expensive.

Please outline your reasons for choosing one over the other. Any feedback would be helpful!

    Thank you

Hi And Welcome to the Forums EmpireBuilder. It is great to have you!

Thank you for joining Flying Solo and posting today.

Without a context, it will be difficult to get an answer that satisfies.

Online, a lot of people will use a generic product as part of a sales funnel that leads to the high value product.
