The forum is littered with these today (I can see no less than five on this thread alone!)
Looks very spammy, what’s it all about?
April 27, 2014 at 7:24 am #1163597Up::0Not sure, but I did get sucked by the one “how many squares are there? … 96% get this wrong”.
Two clicks later and a request for my email, and I was gone.
I would still like to know if I guessed right though
April 27, 2014 at 8:35 am #1163598Up::0Hi Bridie,
Peter is the advertising exec but as I’m on forum duty this weekend I’ll have a stab at what’s going on…
In between ad campaigns our agency run this kind of ‘end of line’ low quality ads as a kind of space filler. I agree they’re ugly as all get out!
I’ll draw Peter’s attention to this thread and ask him to hop in with a response if I’m off beam.

April 28, 2014 at 12:32 am #1163599Up::0Hi Bridie,
Thanks for reporting this one. Sam’s right, it’s a spare inventory type campaign. So while genuine, it’s not the type of campaign relevant to Flying Solo.
We’re making changes in the next few weeks to streamline these automated type campaigns and remove a range of them.
Cheers
