    Today I’ll…

    • Run around like a crazy person getting Tribe of the Tree flower essences’ stand ready for the Sydney Mind Body Spirit festival, which starts tomorrow
    • Remember all the fantastic advice you guys gave us back in January, when we did our first trade show for our new business (it was SOOO helpful – thank you again!), and build on it with lessons learned since
    • Find a spare moment to meditate. (As Robert’s friend the Dalai Lama says, “I’ve got a lot to do today, so I’d better meditate for twice as long!”)
    • No doubt guzzle lots of flower essences to keep me on track!
    • Take note of my own advice to Wendy and get an early night so that I’m not wired for the show. (If you see me posting on here in the early hours of the morning, you have my permission to reprimand me severely. My business partner would be most appreciative!)

    Wish us luck!
    Jayne

PS: If you’re in Sydney and keen to come to the expo, head to our Facebook page and look for the voucher for half-price tickets! And please come and say hi to us :)

Come on Jayne, this is going to be easy to achieve lol. You should set a harder goal such as “stay calm while getting…”

Good luck at the festival !

    Wendy :)

Wendy, you are so right! That is exactly what I should have written… luckily we’ve got some awesome helpers on our side. So far, so good!

Thanks for your support everyone – we had a fantastic time, and you can read a bit more about it in the FS newsletter tomorrow.

And extra thanks to Steve from Divert to Mobile, who was in the neighbourhood and made a special trip into the show to say g’day!

    Still buzzing from it all!
