    Hi everybody,

We’ve been trying to look for an answer in the forum but none found. We have a question regarding question 6 in the Tax File Number Declaration form: “”On what basis are you paid?” (Select only one): Full-time employment, Part-time employment, Labour hire, Superannuation or annuity income stream, Casual employment.

Our situation is that…this declaration forms are for ourselves (2 directors, the Pty Ltd belongs to us). We’re still not sure if we’d have enough profit to give ourselves salary as our profits are not that regular (sometimes no profit at all, and therefore, giving salary to ourselves won’t happen).

So the question is: if we answer “Full-time employment” and somewhere down the line we’re unable to give ourselves salary when there’s no profit at all, will that be a problem, esp in regards to Fair Work Australia?

    Thank you :)

    Hi littlestarter,

I’m not the right person to answer your question, but hope that someone around here can advise you on this.

In the meantime, welcome to the forum – please make yourself at home.

    All the best,
