    Hi All,

    Thanks to everyones help last week regarding my timesheet and invoice procedure that I am trying to establish. As we all know my grammer is shocking, so appreciate everyones help to date and asking for one final set of comments please. (In terms of timesheets, and automation this has to be done manually – long story)

    Please let me know if this makes sense and what recommendations you have to the below email.

    Timesheet and Invoice Procedures

    Please find attached an excel sheet to be completed in respect of your time worked on the Project. Please ensure that you capture time immediately after the work has been undertaken, however this timesheet should only be emailed to me at the end of each month.

    In order for invoices to be paid on time they must include your ABN and ACN (if applicable) and sent to me no later than the 2nd of each month.

    Polite, simple and easy to understand.

    I would suggest that if someone can’t follow that email, then you shouldn’t have them doing work for you lol
