This first part is the conclusion of my To-Do list for today and tomorrow.
Today and Monday (public holidays, no kids)
- Photograph 100 more products
- Edit and upload those products
- Write product Descriptions for 30 more products
- FIX PRINTER
- make business cards, thankyou cards
- Make props for jewellery etc
- Make price signs
Below is all the things I need to do.

query other licences needed
find out why bank hasn’t authorised my business account
FIX PRINTER
Pay for formosa bags
Pay for dragonette designsDistribution
Get postal packaging in (bubble wrap, parcels)
Figure out postal timesPromotion
Learn about Google Ads and set up

Its the school hols (UNIVERSE HELP ME)
Promised to take them to penguin island, fun station, bowling.

You can bite off more than you can chew, leaving you depressed if you don’t finish them. SMART techniques are a good principle to follow. When setting tasks allocate the time you think it will take to complete each task. That way you can soon see if you are being unrealistic. Plus it also sets small goals for each task. You will know instantly if you are on target each step of the way instead of increasing panic as the day goes by. If you adopt this principle, you will quickly get good at setting realistic and achievable goals.
That being said, power to you, the more you can achieve the better. Don’t let me stop you.
September 29, 2013 at 11:49 pm #1151451Up::0Cheers everyone, and Tony you are SO right, I always over estimate what I can get done. Vhit – don’t mistake ambitious lists for actual productivity.
What I actually got done yesterday was
30 photos I can use.
12 edited, uploaded.
4 Product descriptions I am happy with.
Made template for business cards.
Napped.
Napped some more (first kid free weekend in a LONG time)
Made a roast dinner (in peace)In order of importance, today I have to:
- FIX PRINTER (am avoiding this but its critical)
- Print and cut business cards
- Make Price Signs
- Decide on what to do about Jewellery props for this upcoming market..
- Edit and upload more photos
- Do more product descriptions
and nap. the kids get back this arvo – napping will be a non-option for the next 2 weeks lol.
