At firststepinvest we help home owners add more value to property by sub dividing an unused backyard and developing two or more titles to be able to sell at your liesure.
We do all the work and running around at a fixed price and represent you at your local council. Prior to proceeding with a sub-division application, we need to do due diligence on your site to assess whether or not to proceed.
This involves checking the sites planning zone, planning overlays, neighbourhood character restrictions, along with restrictions on title, such as covenants and easements.
We also include a site visit that includes a photographic report and if necessary we will visit Council if we feel that more information is required.
Once all of the information has been gathered, a property consultant will come to your home and answer any questions regarding your situation.
We also provide working drawings, Engineering drawings, Sub-divisions, soil reports, slab and drainage design, 6 star rating, Valuations, Finance, Builders Quotes and Builders, Body Corporate setup, Sales, Investment properties etc.

    Hi Robert,

Welcome to Flying Solo, and thanks for introducing your business to us.

We’re all about the people behind the businesses around here though, so please also feel free to tell us a bit more about yourself and what brings you to the forum.

All the best to you and your business,
    Jayne
