    HI,

I have been asked to put together a program of 10 webinars to run in 2012 aimed at small business.

    The audience is qualified accountants.

Do you have any suggestions of topics that would interest you?

    Thanks in advance,

    Heather

Here is a rough list that I have put together.

    I would appreciate any feedback

Webinars are typically 45 minutes with 15 minutes of questions

    2. XERO – full overview
    3. Strategy planning and brain storming techniques for small business, including succession planning and setting up an advisory board
    4. Developing benchmarks and financial ratios suited to the small business
    5. Employing staff
    6. Managing clients / CRM’s / customer service
    7. Sustainable small business
    8. Franchising for small business
    9. Efficient spreadsheeting featuring Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
    10. Making Small Business Big Online – social media – ecommerce – online marketing

    Looks good Heather.

Instead of a webinar for individual accounting software, would you do better to have one that summarises and compares different products?

I know that if I was starting out, or looking to change software, this would interest me more.

I should probably do a comparison of online software?
