    Hi FlyingSolo members!

I’m looking for a bit of advice when it comes to setting up Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies on websites. I’m a marketer setting up a website which includes newsletter subscription and marketing tips. I know I need a Terms of Use policy and a Privacy Policy which I have gone out and gotten quotes for. I was quoted $1000 for Business Terms and Conditions, $350 for Terms of Use and $350 for Privacy Policy all + GST and tailored to my business.

I would like people’s opinions on what they have done in the past, if this is a reasonable price or if I am better off going elsewhere.

    Thanks in advance!

Not actually sure if they need to be AU specific or not, EU now has a thing in respect to cookies.

I used copies from other sites and adjusted them to my needs, not sure if it is the best way to go about it. It worked for me.

    Not sure if this helps,

Thanks help4bis! I did see that lawlive website yesterday and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them as that would save a lot of money going with a template.

http://www.legalvision.com.au as members here do standard templates, I would highly recommend them.

Standard templates are great until you actually need them.

$800-$1000 all up is pretty normal.
