What % wholesale & retail markup for beverage?

Good morning all,
I am in the process of importing “premium quality” coconut water to Australia. It’s not ordinary coconut water (green) that you find in supermarkets but it’s called King Coconut (golden in colour not green coconut). King coconut is rare and native to Sri Lanka and has lots of natural health benefits. 100% juice – not from concentrate.

Can someone help me? what % wholesale will put on top and what % retailers will put on top. I am trying to work out my pricing.

Anyone interested to sample this coconut water please let me know. The sample will arrive in 4 weeks time.
