    Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any advice on easily (automating) KPIs for your business?

I’m trying to work out an easy dashboard that I can set up (or buy online) that can pull weekly info from Google Analytics (visitors etc), Saasu / Accounting program, Facebook interactions etc.

Ideally I’d like to be able to look at the dashboard every Monday.

Do you do this via Excel? (How to set this up?)
Or do you have an online platform you use?

    Would love any help.

    Thank you

    Hi there,

Check out Geckoboard. It pulls in numbers from Google Analytics, FB, and lots of other online services.

I’ve used it and it worked very well. I did stop using it eventually – the bit that didn’t work as well was me checking and acting on the data regularly. :)

    Hi Illegally blonde,
I know the dilemma you’re going through, trying to tie together all these sources. I reviewed a few dashboarding applications, and ended up recommending a product called CYFE. Take a look at cyfe.com. It’s reasonably priced and manages a wide range of data sources both online and your own in-house ones.

    Good luck with your choice.

    Cheers

Cheapes option will be using piwik from http://piwik.org

I found it providing more info then google.

You need to be able to install it on your server/host this is where it get messy for most people. We include it in our hosting plans, but you might already have a host.

What I can do is setup a trial/demo account for you if that is easier.

Just send me a request on [email protected] and what you want we take it from there.
