I am curious to know who creates a Vision Board for their business?

A physical board or poster, with images, words etc. that shows where you would like to head in your business for the year ahead or long term goals?

    Looking forward to your responses

    Yep, I’ve got one :)

It’s a series of five images showing how I’ll be living in retirement lol.

It sits on a wall in front of me so I can’t forget why I’m working so hard !!

I’ve been making annual vision boards for the last few years. Have manifested a number of things on them. This year, I’ve put bigger, bolder goals on my board – in fact I’m looking at it right now!

However, it’s so crammed full of inspirational words and images, that I don’t know if I’ll find room for some new goals that have cropped up for me… :-)

I really love the idea that a Vision Board works to help you manifest your goals, dreams and life.

A Vision Board would be wonderful to do as a New Years plan for the year ahead with your whole family. For your goals as a family which tend to form a large part of any small business too.

Life passes so quickly this seems a great way of making things count.

Interesting idea that makes perfect sense.

I think I’m inspired to create my own!

    Hi all,

I love my vision boards too, and this year and last have had the added pleasure of supporting one of our stockists at the Vision Board workshops she hosts for her clients every year.

There is something so joyful about giving yourself permission to play and be creative for a whole day or half a day in which you’re focussing on your dreams and what would make you happiest.

If you need further inspiration, Robert wrote a handy article about how to create a vision board a few years ago – hope you enjoy it :)

Great reminder and wonderful to see how many people are aware of the power of a Vision Board and even stronger when you write your Strategic Vision (Chpt 3 ‘Flying Solo.’) The process to subconsciously embed your desired achievements and transfer your dreams to reality.
    Yours in success!

I make a vision board every year – this year I have separate ones. Business, family, self and home. It’s great to review at the end of the year and see what you’ve achieved. I help my clients build them too, which is often a challenge for them.

Briliant! I love creating separate vision boards because it means expanding and often aligning the pathway to the vision… I’ts puts into play Mihaly Csikszentmihaly’s FLOW! And that’s allows for amazing synergy with others to help achieve goals.

I’ve just watched his TED talk Karelynne, which I hadn’t seen – it was fascinating. I love TED – so much to learn!

I don’t think I would be here today without my two boards…

Computers and technology are great but there is just something about having them sitting above your desk and getting the old marker out and scribbling some mambo jumbo on the board..

It also never hurts to have a couple of images of your boat and shack on their also :D
