I am the sole director of my consultancy company which I am doing work over the weekends and night time.
But with the business travelling better than expected I am planning to take LSL from my full time company (a day a week) and allocate it to my consultancy company.
I understand that I can’t work for wages/salary during LSL but is it allowed if I work without salary.
The reason I like to work is to keep up the business and also keep up with my CPD.

Fairwork doesn’t have any objection as there’s nothing in the EBA.
They told me to check with Victorian act which as far as I can tell only restricts works for money which I like to confirm with someone who knows better here.
