    Hi guys,

I’m using the WP eCommerce plugin and am having problems to
work out how to itemize my 5 products.
I did a test purchase the other day and it came up
    as Item Number 0.
Then I had my first ever purchase – Yeah! – (I think I totally forgot to mention
    that I launched yesterday).
Anyway, different product was purchased but still came
    up as Item Number 0.

Is someone able to tell me how or where to put 1,2,3,4,5?
I did think it’s under SKU but the item I test purchased has cd23
as SKU so it can’t be that.

    Thank you in advance!!

    Kind regards,
    Mel

    Hi Mel,

Could you please post screen shots of the product configuration and order details and the invoice showing where you see the problem? (or send to [email protected]) and we can have a look for you.

    Hi Fat Zebra,

Thanks for the offer to help!

I have sent you an email as I got no idea how to create a photo URL to attach.

    Kind regards,
    Mel

Just in case if anyone has the same issue… I have contacted PayPal and
    they advised that

“Yes, you may assign Item Numbers to each of the items you are selling.

You can do this by editing your payment buttons.

    1. Go to http://www.paypal.com.au and log in to your account.
    2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
    3. Click ‘My selling tools’.
    4. Click ‘Update’ beside ‘PayPal buttons.’
    5. Select the button you want to edit and click ‘Edit button’ under ‘Action’
    6. Enter the Item Number under “Item ID” beside Item Name on Step 1.
    7. Click ‘Save Changes’.
    8. Click ‘Select Code’ and then copy and paste the code in to your webpage code.”

    Kind regards,
    Mel
