Do you action/plan/do anything specific to prepare for the morning the night before?
Yes, I do. I use my reminder app, calendar and schedule tasks. Depending on how quick and complex the task will determine which app I use.
What time do you wake up? And how do you do it?
I have an alarm set for 7am weekdays and 8 am weekends although I usually naturally wake on weekends.
What is the VERY first thing you do after you wake up? If you eat, what do you eat?
Review overnight social media and news, usually in bed with a coffee.
I am in the process of training myself to meditate for 15 minutes before either of these things using the calm app on my iPhone.
I’m currently fasting until around 11am for health reasons.
What is your first drink of the day? Where are you when you’re drinking it?
Coffee as soon as I wake. Then I swap to tea and water for the rest of the day ☺
What part of your morning routine makes you feel the best?
I’m really enjoying the meditation and my shower. I feel refreshed and ready to tackle all challenges.
What part of the routine could you really live without?
I keep it fairly simple but should start having a healthy breakfast again so I could skip the fasting.
