Once I was an accountant who was always being asked to write stuff (reports, emails, tricky letters) or edit stuff my colleagues had written. Eventually I realised I was better at writing than accounting.
Then a mate told me about a job where you could GET PAID to write for businesses: copywriting.
So, I took the leap into copywriting. A course, a website and buckets of enthusiasm set me on my way. Now, after seven years, I’ve notched up experience across a wide range of industries and media.
I even have a superpower, which is my ability to quickly absorb a brief and understand what makes a business tick. This helps me write crystal clear copy that speaks directly to my clients’ customers.
