Not spend a huge amount on marketing.

Pen and paper.

Probably blogging – takes a bit of time but it is effective.

What’s the best thing about being a soloist? And the worst thing?

Best  being your own boss.

What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?

Always build a business plan and use it.

Where and when do you have your best ideas?

On vacation – wherever that is at the time.

What would be your advice to aspiring soloists?

Do your homework before you jump in to start a business. It requires commitment for the long haul and it requires capital. Both are often least considered.

What inspires you most about your work?

Watching our staff grow and our customers succeed.

If your office caught fire, what would you grab first? What would you toss into the flames?
