Before beginning Ergoflex in Australia, Matthew was a marketing professional with over ten years' experience. He developed and implemented marketing communication plans across the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
As Matthew started a family, his desire to redress his work/life balance and leave the corporate world behind, grew. So too did his interest in sleep (something many new parents can relate to!)
