Mel Daniels had a successful corporate career in finance before taking a career break to devote her time to raising her two children. Throughout her life she has thrived on being able to help people and has spent considerable time in volunteer roles including teaching Ethics at the local primary school.
This strong sense of empowering others to succeed has always been a large part of her DNA, but it wasn’t until recently that this transformed into a business. Whilst helping a friend in the legal industry get through a busy period, Mel was able to identify the need for small businesses to have access to a high quality, knowledgeable and flexible work partner.
