Success comes when you can be very clear and very specific in your activities. I think there is a little too much throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks. Instead I like to incorporate some very specific items into my week that move the needle forward.
Working in your 'zone' or 'flow' means you're doing your best work. Without having distractions buzzing and interrupting we perform better and work more efficiently. Making small changes can add up to huge compounding results. If you are continuously losing a couple of minutes here and there, it might add up to an entire work day a month - or worse!
I’m not a farmer. I don’t feel comfortable calling myself a farmer. But agreed we women on farms shouldn’t be defined by our husbands occupation. But I need a term to define my role somewhere less than farmer but more independent than farmers wife.
