Hi I had a contractor do some admin for me a few months back. I did not realise I had owed her an amount of $146.00 and today got an email stating they have taken to ombusdsman for outstanding payment and interest occurred etc etc? or late fees? I than paid them $200 just now and let them know. What will the ombusdman do?
