Well done on those keyword ranks, so keep us updated if they start translating to sales so quickly.

If you can post some metrics on changing Windows to use your PUBLIC DNS versus automatic this would be interesting to review too.

Who owns / controls these public DNS servers?

I like your website design, well done!

You are entering into one of the most fiercely competitive industries. The technical side is almost a commodity.

How have you concluded that “cheap domain name name registration australia” is the best keyword to rank and it will translate to the customers that best meet what you are looking for?

If you are targeting cheap web hosting there’s always going to be a squillion others that will be cheaper than you by a long shot. Therefore you are paddling against the tide big time.

In my opinion you will need to target and market to very specific niche segment within your industry to have any chance of getting traction if you don’t serious marketing dollars to spend.

Keep us updated on how you go!

I don’t think you can effectively execute your sales calls during your lunch hour, and as Paul says you will risk comprising your focus and value for your day job.

Its hard enough to get these strategies working well when you have a lot more of your day to work with.

Either you need to pay some one properly to do these calls and see if you can achieve a good ROI or scale down or restructure if possible your day job to focus on these tasks as a test case.

Normally if you have a direct merchant account with a bank to accept credit cards via your website they will need to review your Terms & Conditions before the bank will open up such an account. This is one example where it is an essential requirement.

WordPress is built for the developer more than the end user / business owners. There is a lot of routine tasks that need to happen to ensure all elements continue to function efficiently and reliably. Either you spent lots of time out of most peoples depth to keep on top of this or you engage a professional to take care of it all. In my opinion it can be at least a few hours per month to keep on top of everything if you are relying on your site to actually have a good ROI, rather than just be something on the internet as point of presence.

GST is only charged on certain components and there are tricky tax rules on imported goods etc. These Invoices never make any sense in the beginning. Providing the final Invoices are ATO complaint, then any good book keeper or accountant can explain exactly how you should account for all the figures.

Fair point Bert. It’s all smoke and mirrors with trying to work out how they really price fuel.

Some very good info TSL. There has already been huge unethical cash grabs from people bringing a lot of this non compliant rubbish in during the first wave. Hopefully these new requirements help to stamp out a lot the price gouging and dodgy operators.

HNL, please message me and I can recommend a local one that has over 20 years experience and specializes in a few cloud systems.

That’s a very loaded question. The simple answer would be whatever the market will reasonably and competitively sustain on both the tenant and landlord side. In the Post-C-19 world reliable tenants in the hardest hit areas are going to be more valuable than ever, so very attractive terms and rents will need to reflect this new market. Too many forces at play to predict this stuff, but won’t be a switch on and back to normal situation.

If speaking to a real person is so valuable, minimize the chance of them going to voicemail. Divert to a person that can handle these calls or invest in a live answer service or virtual receptionist. That will bring down your loss rate by a lot.

Yes mostly likely however you probably need to divert the mobile to a VoIP provider that can bill each new inbound call according to your business requirements.

Freight forwarder isn’t the only option. You can weigh up using your / sender courier service or freight forwarder. For higher weight / value and more unique deliveries the right freight forwarder will add a lot of value to the process – not limited to the price the charge either.

That’s more than a rat and your insurance probably wouldn’t protect you much either for a job like this.

Those numbers are simply a fuzzy icing on top feeling on top of your existing marketing, but don’t expect them to automatically do wonders or increase conversions beyond a more regular number. Most people have unlimited call plans, so free call 1800 numbers ain’t that cool anymore either :)
