Almost all of the tips in the finance category are close to my heart.
The most important outside of that is learning from your customers but I’d say it’s most important to learn from your best customers.
It’s as easy to action incorrect feedback for the wrong people as it is for the right people.

You can add links to the email template of Thriday invoices.
Personally, I’d follow up with an email with a single call to action asking for a review after they’ve paid.
By including links in invoices or invoice emails, you risk people getting distracted and taking longer to pay you.

Have you heard of the Profit First method?
It wouldn’t have solved your issue with tax on job keeper but it’s a great tool for managing your money.

Sometime I think I’m in logistics instead of skincare
I used to sell fitness equipment and this is exactly how I felt.
The whole business revolved around ordering, warehousing, and freight
