I agree with Paul – this is a matter for Family Law / Legal advice
Just to fram your thinking I will say that the value of a ‘business’ is very little without guarantee of income

I think we live in an age where it is expected that non-specific data is collected/aggragated
After all isn’t that what customer loyalty programs are for FlyBuys etc.
If you cant use the video / data to personally identify me or my individual buying habits then it is really just monitoring sales and some very broad statistics -

Your details including location, services offered, employees and turnover will affect pricing

Liability cover for activities and products that involve children can be a little difficult but not impossible
What makes it particularly hard for small producers is the cost
Minimum cost is likely $1,000 plus
