I have more than 20 years experience working with aged care, not-for-profit, disability and health organisations at a local, state and national level.
​I describe  myself as a leader, guide and mentor, particularly during periods of crisis and significant business disruption, such as changes in management, compliance and accreditation issues and critical incidents. A particular area of focus for me is mentoring new and emerging managers. I can also provide new business development advice for expanding aged care organisations.
