In this short video, mindfulness coach Lisa Forest will show you how to practice STOP meditation. This 5 minute excercise is one of the one the simplest forms for mindfulness practice. It was developed by philosopher Jon Kabat Zinn to introduce mindful experience throughout your day, when you need it most.

This mindfulness practice helps your  mind will be on autopilot less, and you will be able to check in with how you are feeling, what you are thinking, and what behavior you’re engaging in.
