Hi All,
I’ve recently started an innovative and creative production company covering all facets of production and post production. While we do create full length programs I’m currently trying to target the commercial and corporate sectors offering more cost effective choices for companies wanting to advertise through commercials or corporate videos.
If anyone has any tips on how I can meet directly with business’s requiring these services or with Advertising and Marketing agencies I’d appreciate the help. You can view our work at http://www.marketstallproductions.com
or at

Cheers

I have a radar for anything innovative and was wondering if you are picking up government money for your ideas? How do you differ from what is currently available in the marketplace?Cheers

May 13, 2010 at 5:33 am #1031805Up::0Hi Caroline,
What sets us apart from our competitors is our ability to stay on top of ever changing technology within the industry without compromising our creative flair. Because budgets for program making and advertising have been slashed in the last few years we’re finding that consumers want the same high standard of product for a much lower price. So how we achieve that is through advances in technology. Camera’s and editing programs have become a lot more streamline in current years if you know which camera’s and programs to use. I can continue to explain in a detailed fashion on the forum if you’d like or otherwise you can see from our website the standard of product we produce. I’m more than happy to get in touch with you via email or phone to explain in more detail.
Kind regards

May 13, 2010 at 6:50 am #1031806Up::0Hi Ashley.
Where abouts are you located?
I have worked with a few production companies for television and radio commercials and a good one is worth its weight in gold.Craig
PS Normally I’d just check your site but for some reason I can’t access it at work here.May 13, 2010 at 7:08 am #1031807Up::0Hi Craig,
We’re located in Sydney however we’re not limited to just the Sydney area. For the right job we’re happy to travel to meet clients and with the world getting smaller it’s so easy to communicate via FTP, email etc.
The site requires flash player so that might be why you can’t access at the moment, you can check out some clips at

Kind regards

You have some seriously impressive reels there (Craig, they are definitely worth checking out when you are not at your work desk!)

JayneMay 13, 2010 at 11:45 pm #1031811Up::0Being involved in a similar area of media technology and production I understand what you are talking about when you refer to keeping up with the latest in hardware and software – but many people don’t.
I was at a workshop recently run by a young lady who was talking about love branding. Not quite the title I would give it, but what she had to say about how you should appeal to and meet the emotional needs of client/customers was very good. She asked participants about their business and most would talk about the mechanics of what they did and what services/products they had to offer. She would then talk about focusing on their needs, appeal to their emotions, work though their senses and feelings. In short, get them to love what you do and can do for them.
May I suggest you use your creative talent to produce a demo that appeals to the emotional need of your potential clients, after all isn’t that what a good movie does?

May 14, 2010 at 3:42 am #1031813Up::0Hi Craig,
Bringing creative’s ideas into reality is something Marketstall thrives on. Would you be interested in perhaps arranging a meeting to discuss any ideas that we could possibly pitch for?
Kind regards
