Business lessons from David Penman AKA the founder of “Jim’s Mowing”

David ‘Jim’ Penman founded Jim’s Mowing (now Jim’s Group) in 1982 with a $24 investment as a side hustle, to make some money while completing his PhD in History. Today, Jim’s Group turns over $500 million annually and is one of the best-known franchises in Australia.

Jim took time out to tell KBB viewers his top tips for business success. Amongst the advice: treating customers with care, striving to always improve your service and using technology to improve your business.
