Everything you wanted to know about using Zoom but were too afraid to ask

When your 6 year-old is more adept at Zoom than you, it's time to #upskill. And so we bring you the definitive guide to understanding Zoom. It was written by Zoom and shared by Zoom (with thanks to Flying Solo member Karen Hollenbach for bringing it to our attention). Especially ideal for anyone who has moved their consulting or training online.

If there’s one word we won’t forget in a hurry post-COVID, it’ll be Zoom. And probably ‘pivot’. But mostly Zoom. The technology we all just kind of took a bit for granted pre-March 2020 has become quite literally a lifeline.

For every person in your life who has used Zoom before, there’s a handful who are scrambling to understand it. Or at least, make it work properly. Without it we can’t even exercise these days. Not to mention see our extended families. And in more and more cases, do our jobs.

For all these reasons (and a thousand more I haven’t thought to mention) this PDF from Zoom could be the most useful thing you read this week.

Read it and pass it on!
