  • You can do it! by Paul Hanna. I read this book many moons ago and it was my first exposure to the ‘be accountable for every single thing that happens in your life’ message.
  • The Liver Cleansing Diet by Dr Sandra Cabot. I read this book around 12 years ago and I still drink a glass of lemon juice every morning. It’s a refreshing way to start the day. Give it a try!
